Your right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Important exception – personalized products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized. Since DalaStil sells exclusively personalized products – such as mugs, wall art, wall clocks and posters with names, dates or motifs – these are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Directive.
